Founded in 1975 by Philip Mason and Thomas Martin, Kristina joined the firm in 2005 as an associate attorney, training under her mentor, and now Partner, Clair Carlson. Kristina has over 20 years of experience representing buyers, sellers, investors, and developers in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of real estate, including condominium conversions. Kristina is an approved closing attorney for some of the largest lending institutions and mortgage brokers, locally and nationwide.
