With over 23 years of banking experience in and around Brookline and Boston markets, Alicia understands that relationship building and understanding client needs are the foundation for providing sound financial advice.
Prior to joining Ligris, Kristina was Co-Managing Partner at the boutique general practice law firm of Mason & Martin, LLP based in Newton. Founded in 1975 by Philip Mason and Thomas Martin, Kristina joined the firm in 2005 as an associate attorney, training under her mentor, and now Partner, Clair Carlson. Kristina has over 20 years of experience representing buyers, sellers, investors, and developers in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of real estate, including condominium conversions. Kristina is an approved closing attorney for some of the largest lending institutions and mortgage brokers, locally and nationwide. As a complement to her real estate practice, Kristina also creates estate plans for many of her clients, an important next step for most purchasers of real estate.
