Attorney Jessica (Jess) Peake is an Associate at Mazow | McCullough PC, who has experience with both plaintiff and defense work in personal injury. Jess has a solid foundation in legal research and is very detail orientated which allows the firm to get the most out of the discovery phase of litigation.
Jess also has broad experience in various complex business and commercial matters. Prior to starting at Mazow | McCullough, Jess represented various businesses and individuals concerning real estate. Specifically, matters involving landlord/tenant, breach of contract, and construction litigation. Jess gained her initial experience in personal injury law as a paralegal prior to going to law school and then worked as a law clerk at personal injury firms in Boston.
Throughout law school, Jess participated in moot court and oral advocacy competitions, was a note editor for the Suffolk Journal of Health & Biomedical Law, and served as a research assistant. Additionally, she represented indigent clients with Suffolk University Law School’s Family Advocacy Clinic under Rule 3:03 of the Supreme Judicial Court.
Jess has ties to Pennsylvania, where she grew up, and Poughkeepsie, NY, where she completed her undergraduate degree. In her free time, Jess enjoys playing rugby for a club team in Boston, snowboarding, and traveling.
